Our Location and Treatments
Cork Specialist Dentistry is located in Suite 18, Block B of The Cork Clinic, which is situated on the Western Road beside University College Cork. Our clinic is fitted with state of the art dental equipment and offers specialist dental treatment including aesthetic dentistry, prosthodontics, implant dentistry, periodontics and orthodontics.
There is easy access from the South via the South Link, the Wilton Road Roundabout and Wilton Road; from the East and Cork City Centre via Washington Street; from the West via the Straight Road and from the North via Sundays Well Road and Wellington Bridge. We are within walking distance of UCC and have parking on site.
Dr. Arthur Arthur O’ Connor
Dr. Arthur O’Connor graduated with his Dental Degree (BDS NUI) from Cork Dental School, University College Cork in June 2001 and then worked in general practice for 6 years. During this time he also passed the Membership of the Faculty Of Dentistry exams of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and was awarded his MFD RCSI.

In most cases patients are referred to our clinic through general dentists who would like their patients to receive specialist dental care. We are also happy to receive patients directly if they think that they require specialist treatment for their dental issues.

Mr. Arthur O' Connor did a fantastic job on my front tooth . As you can imagine I was very nervous about getting one of my front teeth removed and an implant put in its place. Mr O' Connor was confident that it would feel and look very real. He was right. He explained what the process was going to involve as well as giving me the financial summary upfront. He made me feel relaxed throughout the process and was obviously very dedicated to doing a brilliant job. The Process takes time as your gums have to heal after each step and Mr O' Connor explained each step carefully to me. I highly recommend this Dentist and his work.
